Campus Klybeck has resulted from the redevelopment of a former industrial estate into a new urban district. It is a place focusing on knowledge, health and production. It is a community of people who are driving innovation and growth while at the same time helping to shape the new district.

The refurbished K-25 building at Klybeckstrasse 161 stands at the centre of the site. It offers floorspace with open-plan layouts and caters for a wide variety of workspace concepts. The attractive inner courtyard invites building occupants to linger for a breath of fresh air. In addition to Walter Klybeck‘s co-working and event space, the building also houses BASF Schweiz AG and the Praxis im Klybeck.
K-141
With its showpiece facade and fully fitted private offices, the K-141 building radiates a prestigious elegance. Our partner for the office premises is The 5th Floor offers more than just a workplace – the name stands for a dynamic community of professionals who inspire and support each other. Today, Swiss Life Asset Managers, Bricks, Apleona and various other companies are located in the building.
K-410
From 2026, Walter Klybeck will offer flexible laboratory spaces in the building K-410, contributing to the sustainable development of the site. The building houses flexible floorspace that can be perfectly tailored to the needs of its tenants. A bridge link over Klybeckstrasse provides access to further workspaces and offerings in K-25.
K-24 / Interim use
Our Partner “Unterdessen” has set up exciting interim uses in five former offices and workshops on the site. Now people are once again working, designing, tinkering, dancing, hammering and making music here. Further space in buildings K-102, K-104, K-105 and K-106 can be rented until November 2025. The space in K-24 will even be available until November 2026.

The fair fashion factory is bringing industrial textile production back to urban areas and creating a sustainable, future-oriented production culture in Basel.
As a centre of excellence for textile knowledge and a network hub for textile innovations, the fff combines craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology. It promotes circular processes, short supply chains and transparent value creation.
K-420
IOB (Institute of Molecular and Clinical Ophthalmology Basel) is a research institute that combines basic and clinical research in the field of vision and eye diseases. It brings together scientists and clinicians to deepen our understanding of visual processes and eye diseases and to develop new therapies for vision loss.
