Situated at the heart of the up-and-coming Klybeck quarter, K-410 is set to offer exclusive office and laboratory premises as of 2025. The building houses flexible floorspace that can be perfectly tailored to the needs of its tenants. A bridge link over Klybeckstrasse provides access to further premises and offerings in K-25.
K-26
On the ground floor, the Food Factory, together with players along the food value chain, makes production and processing processes visible and tangible. On the upper floors, all the players in the construction industry are united under one roof: architects, planners and construction companies. It is the perfect workplace for discriminating individuals who can appreciate the unique style of a 1930s industrial building.

The idea of a House of Food is a visionary project for the first new building on the Klybeck campus. The concept combines creative catering, food production and food tech in an innovative environment. High-quality and inspiring workplaces are planned, as well as the possibility of adding a residential storey at a later date. Still in the concept phase, the pioneering building will lay the foundations for a dynamic and sustainable neighbourhood. K-118 will be the first new building on campus.
K-314
The K-314 is a remarkable building that bears witness to the industrial history of the site. The building has unique features and its own personality. The size of the building allows for a variety of uses in the future: Production rooms for craftsmen, hotel rooms, open and closed offices, which can also be combined floor by floor. The building is therefore predestined for the interdisciplinary innovation that is to be promoted on the Klybeck campus.
