Campus Klybeck has resulted from the redevelopment of a former industrial estate into a new urban district. It is a place focusing on knowledge, health and production. Situated at the heart of the up-and-coming Klybeck quarter, K-410 is set to offer exclusive office and laboratory premises as of 2025. The building houses flexible floorspace that can be perfectly tailored to the needs of its tenants. A bridge link over Klybeckstrasse provides access to further premises and offerings in K-25.

On the ground floor, the Food Factory, together with players along the food value chain, makes production and processing processes visible and tangible. On the upper floors, all the players in the construction industry are united under one roof: architects, planners and construction companies.
