Interim occupancies: activating the site

During the long-term redevelopment of the former industrial site, attractive, inexpensive rental units with various fit-outs are available in existing buildings for interim occupancy subject to varying lease terms.

Numerous temporary users are capitalising on this opportunity while at the same time revitalising and adding new impetus to the site. These include Padel Basel, the HUMBUG events venue, the Starship Factory makerspace along with various studios and architecture firms.
